I’m really excited to announce that last month I received an email from High Street TV asking me to join their 30 Day Booty Challenge. The thought of doing 5000 squats in 30 days didn’t exactly fill me with joy but after hearing about how their latest product would be helping me achieve this I became very intruiged!
I love squats, and often do them on a Bosu ball to try to get that extra burn but, having had fibromyalgia for six years, a lack of knee and ankle strength can make my form a little sloppy (which can lead to injury!).
